ELLI - Courses

ELLI offers general English classes at our building in Karte Char on eight different levels:

Introductory: Levels 1 & 2: ELLI’s Introductory levels are the ideal courses for true beginners.
Beginner: Levels 1 & 2: For "false" or "high beginners," these courses emphasize vocabulary building, a balance of controlled and communicative grammar practice, foster independent learning and prepare students for academic success.
Intermediate: Level 1 & 2: With their strong presentation of learning strategies, serious treatment of reading and writing, and emphasis on critical thinking skills, the Intermediate levels are challenging and motivating courses.
Advanced: Levels 1 & 2: Based on high-interest themes that invite learners to talk and write about stimulating topics while developing critical thinking skills and learning strategies. Progress checks consolidate key language, present test-taking strategies, and provide useful practice for standardized tests.

Specialty Courses
Specialty courses in writing, speaking, grammar, and business English are available as demand warrants.
